When a wetroom shower screen is installed you will have a wall and floor profile that the glass installs to. This section is waterproof and will stop water getting out of the wetroom screen. If you want to reduce water splash to the outer bathroom, we would recommend either using a flipper/return panel or a side panel.

All our wetroom screens come with something called Clean & Clear, this is applied at the factory and fundamentally stops grime and limescale sticking to the screen. Making it considerably easier to keep clean.

There are multiple options when installing wetroom screens, You can use our Flipper/Return panels or complete side panels. Using our wetroom support bars you can connect multiple screens together.

On larger wetrooms screens the thicker the screen the better, this will stop any lateral flex within the screen. All our wetroom screens are manufactured from toughened glass. However you can still use 10mm screens on smaller screens and some people prefer this aesthetically.

Wetroom screens are designed with braces that ensure stability by preventing any movement once installed. These braces can be fixed in two main ways:

  • To the opposite wall – providing strong lateral support.

  • To the ceiling – ideal for layouts where wall fixing isn’t practical.

For larger wetrooms with multiple screens, braces can also be connected directly between the screens, creating a secure framework where each panel supports the others.

Each screen is fixed to the wall using a wall profile. This profile serves two key purposes:

  1. Secure anchoring – it firmly connects the screen to the wall.

  2. Adjustment for uneven walls – it compensates for walls that are not perfectly true, ensuring that the screen is installed square for a clean, professional finish.

The vast majority of products we sell can be delivered next day, however in some circumstances large items like Nuance Bushboards & Showerwall Bathroom Panels may not be possible, so it's worth giving us a call before hand, Subject to availability and product stock levels. Due to the nature of the product all Showerwall Acrylic is a special order as this is made on an individual basis. On placing your order we will email you a notification that you will need to confirm that you are happy this is a non returnable product. This does not effect your statutory rights.
